RASOI रसोई KITCHEN

Our dishes are inspired by real Indian cuisine, influenced by the diverse cultures and landscapes throughout the country.

Delhi, with its rich history from the times of Mahabharata, has been shaped by various dynasties, both native and foreign. This has resulted in a remarkable fusion of flavours and food in the local cuisine.

Rajasthan's vibrant dishes are created using locally available ingredients, mainly vegetables and pulses, despite the state's dry land.

Mumbai is a bustling metropolis that never sleeps, filled with lively streets where locals enjoy delicious street food from rickety carts amidst their busy day.

The Goan region, influenced by the sea, spices, and Portuguese invaders, has incorporated ingredients like cashews, guavas, and coconut into its cuisine. Each kitchen adds its own unique touch, resulting in a variety of new dishes.

India's food is influenced by diverse origins, and traditional dishes are constantly adapted in kitchens across the country, leading to an abundance of culinary stories.

THE OLD POLICE STATION

Located in the centre of Chapel Allerton.

Opposite the willow tree.

The curved entrance of a grade || listed building. A bold 9 panel board door leads the way and a coat of arms stands proudly above. Painted words ‘The Police Station’ and an etched pillar on the side with the letters ‘LPC’ still remain.

This is the building in which we reside.

We are honoured to call it ours.
